Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our cross-functional engineering and design teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of innovative digital products.

Core Impact

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate between engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
